Demand and volume forecasting
Sales, traffic, load, and operational volume with seasonality, promotions, and the ugly exceptions. We backtest against the process you already run, not only a statistical leaderboard.
Predictive Analytics
Agam Intelligence builds predictive analytics that planning teams will use: forecasts with intervals, demand and risk views connected to the process, and decision support that sits beside the numbers finance already argues about - not a black-box chart in a side deck.
Intelligence
Forecasts that survive the planning meeting.
A model that beats last year on a test set is not useful if planners cannot explain the swing. We start from the planning cadence and the KPI, then build forecasting, scenario views, and monitoring so predictions are a input to a decision - with the humility of intervals and a backtest the business can inspect.

Sales, traffic, load, and operational volume with seasonality, promotions, and the ugly exceptions. We backtest against the process you already run, not only a statistical leaderboard.
What-if views for capacity, inventory, and workforce tied to the same definitions as the forecast. Decision support is a planning artefact, not a separate science project.
Churn, delinquency, delay, and quality risk scored early enough to act. We keep features explainable enough for the team that has to intervene.
Retrain, monitor drift, and compare to a naive baseline every cycle. A forecast that is not beaten by “same as last year” should not be in the pack.
Predictions belong in the spreadsheet, ERP, or BI view planners already open. We deliver through those surfaces so the model is not a PDF that arrives after the meeting.
We always report against a simple baseline. If machine learning does not earn the complexity, we keep the simpler forecast and spend the budget on better data or process.
A regional health network needed executive dashboards and predictive models grounded in governed clinical data.
A B2B SaaS vendor needed RAG-based product assistance grounded in customer docs - not a generic chatbot.
A payments processor needed anomaly detection that compliance could defend - not another black-box alert queue.
Forecasts are judged on planning error, bias, and whether the cycle used them - not a notebook RMSE.
Intervals, baselines, and monitoring reduce the chance that a silent model drift becomes a bad buy or a missed shift.
Introduce predictions beside the current plan first. Replace the old number when planners trust the new one.
Pressure to ship AI pilots is real, but teams that skip strategy stall on unclear ROI, messy data, and governance gaps. This article explains why use-case clarity, data readiness, and guardrails must come before model selection - and how governance can actually accelerate adoption.
Read the articleFuture-ready data and AI platforms are designed for change from the start - pipelines that can evolve, models that can retrain, and architecture that does not force a rewrite every time the business asks a new question.
Read the articleWhen dashboards disagree, models drift, and nobody owns the pipeline, the problem is often systemic. This article covers the warning signs and what an independent audit should examine across data, process, and platform.
